The views this property provide are amazing and even more enchanting than the photos. The beautiful home and its modern pool look down upon the beauty of Lake Linville and landscape lighting illuminates the fenced backyard at night. The interior is modern, comfortable, spacious and well furnished. Everything was spotless. What is most striking is how quiet it was, inside and out, during our stay. We enjoyed a fantastic yet serene five day get away! A true five star experience!
The Lakehouse was absolutely beautiful - inside and out. The house was so spacious with four bathrooms and extra rollaway beds. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Scott thought of everything. So many extra blankets and pillows and towels. We have zero complaints! And the outside of the property was just as amazing. Our kids lived in the beautiful pool and we loved watching them from all the different spots to sit! We also enjoyed fishing from the dock. The neighbourhood was so peaceful and the Lakehouse felt very private. Scott was extremely responsive and everything just went so smoothly. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to anyone traveling to or through Kentucky! Thanks Scott!!
Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here, and we can’t say enough good things about Scott as a host. From the moment we booked until the day we left, he went above and beyond anything we expected to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares so much about their guests’ experience. The backyard was the highlight of our trip. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool hot tub, and patio. It quickly became our favorite gathering spot. We also loved fishing in the lake and had a great time playing bocce ball in the large side yard. The walk down to the lake is definitely steep, so it’s probably not something you’ll want to do multiple times a day, but the trail and steps are well maintained and felt very safe. This was one of those stays that exceeded our expectations in every way. Scott’s hospitality made all the difference, and our family created memories we’ll be talking about for years. We would absolutely book this again.
Wonderful for our two families with 5 kids ages 7-11! Nice amount of room for everyone to spread out, loved that it had two primary suites, and we had a blast in the outdoor spaces between the pool, jacuzzi, deck, swings, grilling, and fire pit, plus a beautiful view of the sunset over the lake every night. Scott was very helpful and responsive! Highly recommend!

Smoking is only permitted outside of the property • Pet friendly - $55 per pet per stay, max 4 pets (additional fees & taxes may apply) • No events, parties, or large gatherings with out prior approval • Must be at least 18 years old to book • Additional fees and taxes may apply • Photo ID may be required upon check-in • We provided tan towels for when you come in muddy or dirty from the lake, trails, or outdoor fun. Please use these instead of the white bath linens so they stay fresh and bright for everyone. If any white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths are unable to be fully cleaned, there will be a replacement charge of $50 for bath towels, $35 for hand towels, and $15 for washcloths.
